Sean Noonan
Sean is a young racer who specializes in mountain biking but
loves cylocross and track racing as well. In 2006 he will be
racing mountain bikes in Milltown colors with goals of strong
finishes at regional mountain bike races including the Minnesota,
Iowa and Wisconsin series. He hopes to show his best performance
at the Chequamegon 40 in September and the Collegiate Mountain
Bike Nationals in October. He will be studying in Asia from March
to June, so plans on gaining form for the end of the season.
His past accomplishments include 3rd overal at the 2005 Iowa
Mountain Bike Championship series, 1st in Age group at 2005 Snowmass
Norba National Marathon and 2nd in the Solo category at the 2004
24 hours of Iowa. IN 2005 he was also the North Central Conference
Division II collegiate road champion and finished 29th out of
67 at collegiate Cyclocross Nationals.
He will be riding a Gary Fisher 29er with Industry-Nine Wheels
and Maverick Fork. He hopes to show that 29ers really are the
way to go for most mountain biking terrain.
